1. Best for Organized Ideas: MyMind

Availability: iOS | Android | macOS | browser extension

Price: Free with premium options

MyMind can revolutionize the way you store and organize our digital memories. To me, MyMind is like a private sanctuary for my notes, images, quotes, and highlights. This tool uses artificial intelligence to help you educate yourself and remember things effortlessly, without the need for manual categorization or organization.

After you install the extension, every time you come across something on the Internet that you’d like to remember – an image, an article, a note, a video etc. – save it to MyMind. The app will save and organize all of this information for you, so you can access it later when you feel you need it. I find it great for doing research, or when I’m excited about an idea, to have many pages open – whether it’s a new project or a trip I want to take. MyMind is the perfect assistant that can keep track of everything useful that you see on the Web.

MyMind offers a suite of features designed to make your life easier, including note-taking, to-do lists, smart bookmarking, distraction-free reading that strips away ads and pop-ups, and instant smart spaces.

2. Best for Summarizing Big Volumes of Content: Wordtune

Availability: iOS | Chrome extension | Microsoft Edge add-on

Price: Free with premium options

If, like me, you have a short attention span, finding strength and time to read lengthy articles or watch detailed videos can be challenging. Enter Wordtune, a Chrome extension and mobile app designed to streamline your information intake. It uses advanced AI to provide concise summaries of extensive content, making sure you grasp the essential points without investing too much time.

For example, using Wordtune, I can turn a lengthy accommodation description into three key points, saving me several minutes of reading while still receiving the critical information. This feature is particularly useful if you often need to stay updated on the latest trends and insights but have limited time to spare.

This AI tool’s app version, available for iOS and Android, also offers content generation capabilities. For example, if you need to draft a text message, photo caption, LinkedIn post, blog post, or even a cover letter, Wordtune’s AI writing can generate multiple tailored responses with the right prompt. Additionally, Wordtune can help you refine your text. You can browse synonyms, rewrite sentences, and easily craft polished final drafts without any external editing in your content creation.

3. Best for Time Management: Reclaim

Availability: Web

Price: Free with premium options

Managing time effectively is an ongoing challenge for me, but Reclaim.ai rises to the occasion, offering a solution powered by AI. This Google Chrome extension intelligently finds pockets of time within my schedule and weaves in tasks and habits that I prioritize.

The habit scheduling feature is probably one of my favorites. Rather than randomlyslotting activities into your day, Reclaim’s AI learns and adapts, ensuring that my habits fit around existing commitments. If a last-minute activity pops up, Reclaim automatically adjusts to help me maintain my productivity without sacrificing personal goals.

Aside from habits, you can use Reclaim for professional task management. It can autonomously schedule meetings, allocate focus time for projects, and even incorporate breaks into your day. The app will create a dynamic schedule that evolves with time the more activities and goals you add to it.

4. Best for Automating Emails: Mailbutler

If you feel like you’re spending too much time on email management, Mailbutler can be a great AI helper. It has a suite of generative AI tools embedded directly into the Compose window. These include Smart Compose, Respond, Summarize, and Improve. All these tools make crafting emails much easier than when you do it manually.

One standout feature is its task extraction capability. This analyzes incoming emails and extracts any detected tasks into a convenient sidebar, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Mailbutler also simplifies contact organization by extracting contact information from your inbox automatically. No need for manual sorting and saves you more time.

The app is compatible with Gmail, Apple Mail, and Outlook.

5. Best for Smart Budgeting: Cleo

Price: Free

I’m a true millennial, and I prefer my budgeting completely hassle-free. I found that in Cleo. It’s an AI-powered app that breaks the monotony of budgeting with its conversational interface, incorporating emojis, memes, and GIFs to deliver feedback. Cleo can also craft personalized budgets tailored to your real-life needs and spending habits.

Cleo’s Roast Mode injects humor into budgeting by playfully shaming your spending habits that need improvement. Like when your takeout orders start adding up. The app also offers encouragement and praise for positive behaviors.

Haggle It is my second favorite feature, and it goes a step further. It assists you in drafting negotiation letters for bills, such as rent, credit card fees, or insurance rates. According to Cleo, there is a success rate of 20 percent in reducing fees and rates, and the app proves its worth in saving money.

6. Best for Vacation Planning: Roam Around
