1. Accounts
You need an account to copy prompts. Keep your credentials private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person or company. Sharing an account to avoid a paid plan is a breach of these terms.
2. License
Paid plans include a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the sections, backgrounds, gradients and prompts in unlimited personal and client projects, including commercial work.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the library itself — including as a competing template or prompt collection — or share prompt text publicly in bulk.
Free accounts receive three prompt copies for evaluation. Those copies may be used under the same license, limited to the three items.
3. Ownership
Motif owns the library, the site and the prompt text. You own the output you build with it, subject to the license above and to the terms of whatever AI tool you use.
4. Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled from your account.
If the library is not what you expected, request a refund within 14 days of the charge and we will process it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Motif to build content that is unlawful, deceptive, or designed to harm others. Do not attempt to scrape the library, bypass the paywall, or overload the MCP server.
We may suspend an account that abuses rate limits, shares tokens, or resells access.
6. Availability and liability
The library is provided as-is. We work to keep it online and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
